SHIPPING & RETURN INFO

All items are made by hand and custom-ordered.  We will gladly make exchanges on any item that you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in original condition and are in perfect condition and have not been used with tags still attached.

Each piece is hand made from custom embroidered fabric and due to this there might be slight variations since each piece is unique

◦   All orders ship via USPS Priority Express and a $25 shipping charge will apply.

◦    Delivery time is 1 -2  weeks from the time of your custom order.

◦   Your shipping confirmation will have a tracking link.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

For Clients based in the UK & EU a flat shipping rate of $50 will be applied. 

We are sorry we cannot offer exchanges for UK & European countries

 International shipping charges also do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees.
